Tickets for VfB Stuttgart's away matches can generally only be ordered once this has been officially communicated in the VfB-Onlineshop. This is usually the case approx. 4-6 weeks before the respective match. You can then conveniently purchase tickets in the VfB online shop or directly in the VfB Fan Centre in the Carl Benz Centre. Unfortunately, ticket orders received before the official announcement cannot be processed.

 

No, initially only the members and official fan clubs of VfB Stuttgart have the opportunity to order tickets for the away games. If tickets are still available after the end of the order period, they will then go on public sale.

The mobile season ticket will be made available for download in your customer account after successful order processing (free of charge)

You will receive a plastic season ticket (chip) by post. After printing the plastic card, the mobile season ticket will be displayed in your customer account for download (€15.00/total order) 

You will receive a block season ticket (one paper ticket per game) by post. The block season ticket can only be ordered by telephone or on site in the VfB fan stores. Mobile use of the season ticket is not possible (€ 20.00/total order).

Depending on the price category (please refer to the current price overview), the following groups of people can receive a discount:

Members of VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V. (member)
Members of official VfB Stuttgart fan clubs (member)
Children up to and including the age of 13 (children up to the age of 13)
Young people up to and including 17 years (reduced)
Pensioners aged 65 and over and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50 or more (reduced)

When purchasing your season ticket, you must specify any reduction for the individual seat yourself. It is not possible to change this after the order has been completed! The discount entitlement only applies to the actual ticket user and not to the purchaser. The discount authorization must be carried by the ticket user when visiting the MHP Arena Stuttgart on the day of the match and presented on request. Key date is the start of the season: July 1, 2024.

Please check whether the discount stated on the season ticket actually applies to the ticket user.

New season tickets will not be issued, nor is it possible to transfer them.

Holders of a season parking ticket 23/24 can extend it for the 2024/2025 season from the start of sales online in the customer account in the same way as the season ticket. Due to a lack of parking capacity, season tickets can only be offered in parking lot P5. Therefore, all existing season ticket holders will receive a reservation for this parking lot.

It is not possible to transfer an entire season ticket order and transfer the right to repurchase to another person or company. Only individual seats from a season ticket reservation or booking can be transferred to the actual ticket user. A fee of 20 euros per season ticket will be charged for this.

You are welcome to pass on your season ticket to a third party, it does not have to be used by yourself. Please note that if you pass on a discounted season ticket, the ticket may have to be upgraded. This is possible on match day from 2 hours before the match at ticket office 2. If it is necessary to reprint the season ticket as a replacement ticket on the day of the match, the person to whom you have passed on your season ticket must present a signed power of attorney at the clearing point!

Via the official secondary ticket market, VfB Stuttgart also offers all season ticket holders the opportunity to sell season ticket seats that cannot be used on a match day to other fans if they are unable to attend a home match at the MHP Arena Stuttgart themselves. Season ticket holders do not have to give up their season tickets, as the tickets are blocked electronically and then released again. Other fans can then purchase these seats at the official prices - i.e. at fair conditions. The season ticket holder receives the pro rata season ticket price minus a 20% processing fee.

Please contact the VfB Service Centre by our contact form in good time before the respective home match. There is a processing fee of €10.00 per season ticket plus possible shipping costs. The processing fee will be collected by direct debit, so please include an IBAN in the e-mail. We will then produce a new season ticket and block the old season ticket for access to upcoming home games.

Please report to one of our clearing points outside the stadium from 2 hours before the start of the match. Upon presentation of a valid photo ID and a fee of €5.00 per ticket, you will be issued a replacement ticket for the respective match day and your season ticket will be blocked for the home game.

A free transfer of the season ticket and transfer of the repurchase right to another person or company was only possible until the end of season ticket sales. It is no longer possible to transfer season tickets for 2023/2024 and can only be done again for the 2024/2025 season.

We have set up a special service for our season ticket customers that allows children up to and including the age of 5 to be taken into the stadium on their lap without their own seat. Standing and wheelchair seats are excluded.

The price for a lap ticket is €5.00 and can be purchased at ticket office 2 (opposite the VfB Fan Centre, Mercedesstraße) from the opening of the stadium. The child must be present when the lap ticket is purchased. It is not possible to reserve or book these tickets before the match day.

The season ticket can be placed on the secondary market via the online account.

To do this, simply fill in everything in the "Secondary market" tab in the exact same format as the season ticket.

Please enter the reservation number as it is noted on the season ticket: VA23 number, then block, row and seat. Then select the match and enter the IBAN for the refund. Once all this has been done, you will receive an e-mail that the ticket has been successfully placed. If the seat is then bought by another fan, you will also be informed by e-mail.

 

You can indicate on our order form for people with disabilities that you would like to bring a carer with you. In this case, your carer does not need to book a separate ticket. The ticket for your carer is free of charge if the person's requirement is noted on your disabled person's ID.

Entlang der Mercedesstraße und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe der MHP Arena Stuttgart befinden sich die insgesamt drei Behindertenparkplätze P7, P2a und P10. Somit sind kurze Wege bei der Anreise ins Stadion garantiert. Im Parkhaus P7 befinden sich insgesamt 100 Parkplätze, weitere 80 Parkplätze gibt es auf P2a zwischen MHP Arena Stuttgart und VfB-Geschäftsstelle. Optional stehen weitere Stellplätze auf Parkplatz P10 auf dem Cannstatter Wasen zur Verfügung. Geparkt werdden dürfen auf allen genannten Parkplätzen ausschließlich Fahrzeuge mit blauem Behindertenausweis. Eine vorherige Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich. Auch die Anfahrt mit behindertengerechten Reisebussen ist möglich. Hierfür bitten wir die jeweiligen Busunternehmen um eine vorherige Anmeldungsamt Nennung des Fahrzeugkennzeichens bis mindestens drei Tage vor dem Spiel beim VfB-Behindertenfanbeauftragten Ralph Klenk (behindertenfanbetreuung@vfb-stuttgart.de).
