As soon as we have received your membership application, you will receive confirmation of your membership by e-mail. Approximately 2-3 days later, we will send you a membership card by post. Depending on the volume at the post office, the actual arrival of your membership card may vary. If you have not received your membership card 14 days after the confirmation mail, please contact our Service Centre via our contact form.
