Why is my membership not displayed in my status?

In the online account, the membership status is only listed for club members (members of the e.V.). For memberships in the Mini, Fritzle or Jugendclub, "Not a member" is always shown here. In this case, you are still entitled to advance purchase. This can also be seen under "Vorkaufsberechtigungen".
There may be two reasons for this:
  • In the online account, the membership status is only listed for club members (members of the e.V.). For memberships in the Mini, Fritzle or Youth Club, the status is always ‘Not a member’. In this case, the pre-purchase authorisation still exists. This can also be seen under ‘Pre-purchase authorisations’.
  • Your e.V. membership is not yet linked to your online account. In this case, please contact us using the contact form.
