It is not possible to change an order after it has been placed. If you have not ordered a personalised item, you can return the goods after receipt for a credit note. The correct item must be ordered in a new order. If you have entered an incorrect address, no changes are possible either. However, you can make a correction yourself after receiving the shipment number from DHL and redirect the shipment. However, you will need a customer account with DHL to do this.
