VfB has set up an independent help hotline that can be reached in the event of incidents on home match days at the following number: 015144533832. It is aimed at all stadium visitors who experience discriminatory or sexualised violence on match days.
The telephone number is manned on match days from the opening of the stadium until the end of the match. Incidents will be received, anonymised if requested, by trained fan support staff or the fan project. Outside of match days, Team Dächle can be contacted by e-mail at daechle@vfb-stuttgart.de.
