Please report to one of our clearing points outside the stadium from 2 hours before the start of the match. Upon presentation of a photo ID of the ticket purchaser, you will be issued a replacement ticket for the respective match day and your day ticket for the home match will be blocked. The cost of this is €5.00 per ticket.
