1. how can I take part in the competition?
To take part, you need to subscribe to the VfB newsletter. As a new subscriber to our newsletter, you will receive a welcome email with information about the competition after your confirmation. If you have already subscribed to our newsletter, we will contact you with information about the competition. There will be a new round of the competition for each home game, and you must enter for each home game. Therefore, the participation link for our competition will only be sent via our newsletter. Please also check your spam folder.
You can then take part in the competition by confirming the competition link on the landing page and clicking on the entry confirmation. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by e-mail after approx. 1 hour.
2 Who can take part in the competition?
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to take part in the competition. Employees of the company and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
3. until when can I take part in the competition?
The competitions end approx. 48 hours before the respective games. Please refer to the relevant communication for the respective competition. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. what can I win?
You have the last chance to win 2x2 tickets for one of the UEFA Champions League home matches.
5. how often can I take part?
Each participant may only take part in the competition once.Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.
6. how will the winners be determined?
The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.The draw will take place after the end of the competition.
7. how will I know if I have won?
The winners will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the end of the competition.Please also check your spam folder. No emails will be sent to notify you of cancellations.
8. can I transfer the prize or convert it into cash?
The prize is neither transferable nor convertible into cash. If the winner is unable to use the tickets, a new winner will be drawn.
9. how do I receive the tickets?
The tickets will be sent by e-mail as an e-ticket.You will receive details of this in the prize notification.
10. do I have to pay any costs?
Participation in the competition is free of charge. However, any travel or accommodation costs to the venue are the responsibility of the winner.
11. what happens if the match does not take place?
If, contrary to expectations, the UEFA Champions League match does not take place, there will be no compensation or conversion of the prize.
12 What happens to my data?
Your personal data will be used to organise the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. You can find more information on this in our privacy policy.
By submitting the newsletter form, the personal data you provide will be collected by VfB.We also refer you to our privacy policy for the data protection treatment of the information you provide.
You also agree that VfB may exchange your data between the listed parties¹, process it jointly and use it for communication, analysis and advertising purposes via e-mail. Advertising includes, for example, ticket news, promotions and other products/services (e.g. fan merchandise, events).
